SHIPPING POLICY

Transmission orders are shipped by freight or another suitable carrier based on the unit's weight, destination, and packaging requirements. Orders are prepared after payment and delivery information are confirmed. Transit times are estimates and may change because of weather, carrier volume, terminal delays, or appointment availability.

The receiving party must be available to accept delivery and should inspect the pallet, crate, and transmission before signing. Visible damage, punctures, leaks, or missing packaging should be noted on the delivery receipt. Residential service, liftgate service, restricted-access delivery, appointment changes, storage, or redelivery may create additional charges.
